Wilkes-Barre Concrete was founded in 2024 by a team that has spent years pouring and finishing concrete across northeastern Pennsylvania. We set up in Wilkes-Barre because it is where we are from - and because this area has real needs. The Wyoming Valley has some of the oldest housing stock in the state, and many of those homes are long overdue for updated driveways, patios, and foundation work.

We know what Wilkes-Barre winters do to concrete. Temperatures that drop below freezing and climb back above it in the same week crack slabs, heave walkways, and work apart foundations that were not built to handle repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Every project we take on is built with that reality in mind - not just to look good on installation day, but to hold up through years of Pennsylvania winters.
